So, we went to
Landa Park yesterday to feed the ducks and enjoy the nice weather. We had a fun time and the ducks were very hungry so that made all the bread throwing more fun. We decided to walk over to a pier and look out . While standing there Russell looked down at
Brasser who looked to be pulling his foot out from a small space in the fence and we heard a little splash...

There went
Brassers shoe floating down the river, never sunk. Just kinda bobbled along. Luckily those shoes were about done anyway, I noticed his toes were almost cramped up inside so I am glad that they
weren't new shoes,
lol.

Here is
Brasser so cute with only one shoe. We tried to take turns carrying him back to the truck but in the end he had to walk and make some use of his one good shoe.

Glad it was just the shoe and not him. That first picture of Russ and the boys is SO cute! Frameable!
That's pretty funny.
I am amazed that my family has yet to lose a shoe, or child, to the river. They always get right to the edge and get so involved feeding ducks or catching minnows that they really don't realize how close to falling in they are.
